Apart&Apart 03:32
One time I met a girl this was not an ordinary girl She came right up to me and said what a pretty flower you have in your head I grabbed her hand and I help it tight I held on to her with all of my might she said Babe don't worry will never part you see I love that flower that's in your heart There's a flower in her heart in her heart and they don't see and they don't care There's a flower in her heart in her heart and they just keep on tearing it Apart and apart and apart and apart and Apart and apart and apart and apart and Apart and apart and apart and apart and Apart and apart and apart and apart and One time I met a boy this was not an ordinary girl He came right up to me and said what a pretty flower you have in your head I grabbed his hand and I help it tight I held on to him with all of my might he said Babe don't worry will never part you see I love that flower that's in your heart There's a flower in his heart in his heart and they don't see and they don't care There's a flower in his heart in his heart and they just keep on tearing it Apart and apart and apart and apart and Apart and apart and apart and apart and Apart and apart and apart and apart and Apart and apart and apart and apart and

The Call 02:20
How long babe must I call over top of this real high wall alright When I'm unsure you can hear that it's you I do revere I'm sincere Stop stop babe pulling my chain Stop stop babe playing games I'm just a man whose trying to keep from going insane Well I've been sitting here for some time don't you make me go and loose my mind it's a hard one to find So i'll keep trying to play it cool but I'm unraveling like thread off it's spool am I a fool Stop stop babe pulling my chain Stop stop babe playing games I'm just a man whose trying to keep from going insane So don't get it wrong by pulling me along In the dirt when you know that's where it hurts alright Stop stop babe pulling my chain Stop stop babe playing games I'm just a man whose trying to keep from going insane

No Regrets 02:58
If you want to know where I go at night (at night, at night, at night) I would recommend that you don't leave my sight (my sight, my sight, my sight) It my be an evil ploy for me to keep you close (you close, you close, you close) But whatever I must do to prove I love you most (you most, you most, you most) So if you decide To come along I hope that you never regret it I might get mad at you for certain things you do (you do, you do, you do) But know it's only because I hate that I do them too (I do, I do, them too) So take me at my word and not what you've already heard (yah heard, yah hear, yah heard) And you'll have time to confer and i'll have time to reword (reword, reword, reword) So if you decide To come along I hope that you never regret it All together now Ah la la la la la la la Ah la la la la la la la Ah la ah la ah la Ah la la la la la la la Ah la la la la la la la Ah la ah la ah la So if you decide To come along I hope that you never regret it

I can't let you go for reasons I still don't quit know but I can't keep you here where uncertainty just wont disappear well I just want you to know that I care yeah I just want you to know that share the same kind of fear so we sit face to face trying to fill the others empty space but it would sure help if I only knew what it was I was trying to fill in for you well I just want you to know that I care yeah I just want you to know that share the same kind of fear so honey why don't we stop chasing all over yeah honey why don't you rest your head upon my shoulder cause I just want you to know that I care yeah I just want you to know that share the same kind of fear the same kind of fear the same kind of fear the same kind of fear the same kind of fear I can't let you go for reasons I still don't quit know

Aren’t we doing the best with what we learned I’ve been feeling down but I’ve been picking myself right up off the ground I’m making amends with all my demons and friends That I pushed so far away and tried so hard to keep at bay But I saw the spark of life yeah it was dancing in a friend And it reassured me inside that it to it was in So ah la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la love And I thought it was in everything that I could give But why when I gave it all away man it was still so hard to live I found the best keep secret; it was hiding in plain sight So I gave up all my illusions and headed straight or the light Cause love is not a concept or a word or a thing Yeah it’s far beyond the human mind or any other kind of thinking So ah la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la love So ah la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la love

about

Tiny Treasures is a collection of songs written from the perspective of a little boy. The songs are a genuine and candid view of a child facing the uncertainty of life, love, and faith along with their thrills. At this point he has only just been born—there hasn't been enough time to be let down by the world, and this is captured in his simple, sincere and, at some moments, naive points of view.

about

Remington Pettygrove Chicago, Illinois

I started playing in the subway. The subway taught me a lot. I spent a night in jail, I was robbed, I got free food & beer, I was interviewed by the papers, I got a few dates, I gave shelter to a man in need & I earned the respect of old time street performers. Mostly it taught me to write & perform a 3 min pop song b/c that's all the time you have between trains ... more
